This was our adventure with a banana for dinner the other night.... ( if you make the last picture bigger, you will see we have banana in our eyebrows, arms and possibly nose!)

This reminds me of when Covington was over several weeks ago and we were gathering pecans (and eating some too). He noticed the acorns under some oak trees and asked about these other nuts. After a taste of the acorn "nut" it was time to expand his vocabulary to include the word and sensory experience of BITTER. I soooo much love working with the little ones.
