Almost AZ time...

I wanted this trip to come faster and now we are two days away and I have no clue how I am going to get everything done in time!

The past few days have been pretty good with Austin at work--his fussiest time seems to be 8:30a.m-10am consistently. Which is better then at 5:15 a.m. when I get him up everyday--so I guess we will just deal with mid morning fussy-ness! He is still sleeping quite a bit during the day, during the week--I really think it has some thing to do with the amount of time I am wearing him in a sling or pouch, because at work all day thats mostly what I do. Poor guy probably thinks we are mean on the weekends because I try to keep him out of the carriers so I can actually see his face!

Still no change on the motorcycle except that it is being worked on--and hopefully we will have it back in the next two weeks. I am glad that Austin is handling our crazy schedule so well most days, because I think its beginning to wear me out--I just feel really tired! I know that once the bike is up and running, it will all be worth it---and again I am thankful that the train is even a possibility for Shea to ride each day--I cant imagine our sanity if it wasn't! My dear husband has been waiting so patiently to have a mode of transportation again--I know he really cant wait until all this is resolved!

Danny and Helen are coming Thursday to stay with our furry kids--yea, I am so thankful for that! It would have cost us an arm and a leg to crate our sweet daughter--not to mention the dogs love when papa Spradlin comes to stay because he feeds them healthy food like bacon and eggs! They always seem just a bit disappointed when we come home because that means their "vacation eating" is over! When Sadie was in Oklahoma, they got her to start going into a crate/kennel, so Shea put it together yesterday and after we wrestled with where to put it...she just climbed right in and went to sleep last night. This is really a blessing for us, as now when new people come over or if Austin is on the floor, we can kennel Sadie and she will not be sad about it. But its the biggest kennel I have ever seen--seriously its like another piece of furniture in our living room...and our LR is not that big! But, between dog beds, kennels and baby toys--who needs room??!!
