My First Mother's Day....

Was really wonderful!! We missed church due to our alarm sleeping late ( that would be Austin!) SO instead decided to head out and try to go to breakfast--well our favorite breakfast place was closed so instead we got good ole Whataburger and headed off to the ZOO! Shea had given me a wonderful card and told me my gift was a shopping trip whenever I wanted...but instead of doing it on Sunday, I took advantage of having both my boys together with some wonderful weather and went to the zoo! We had a blast there--Austin really engages with the animals which is so fun to see. We got ice cream on the way home and then Shea worked on some house stuff for me. It was really such a fun day!
